Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, agricultural economics, finance, business administration, or other business discipline.
• Working knowledge of futures markets, hedging, and arbitrage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative skills, including basic knowledge of statistics.
• Ability to organize multiple responsibilities and multitask.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Source corn and beans and oversee grain movement.
• Assist with hedging strategies and ensure timely, accurate trades.
• Monitor CBOT and NGFA developments to inform pricing and strategy.

You'll keep trades accurate and timely, monitor CBOT and NGFA developments, and contribute to strategic planning that shapes our future. Along the way, you'll share market insights, visit customers, and collaborate with a team that values innovation and growth.
