Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a detail-oriented team member for steady day shift (6AM–5:30PM) with rotating weekly schedules. You will inspect product quality, support daily production/sales order allocations, and coordinate explanations of changes with the Commodity, Production, and Shipping teams.

Qualified candidates will communicate clearly, manage multiple tasks with urgency, and learn NAV/JDA warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in professional English communication.
• Able to handle multiple projects with strong time management.
• Willing to learn warehouse management systems (NAV, JDA).
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sign off on product quality in inventory and at the dock.
• Support planning for daily Production and Sales Order allocations.
• Communicate changes to Commodity Supervisor when allocations differ.
• Ensure rework is allocated/planned to meet customer specs.
• Distribute updated allocations throughout the day and execute as expected.
• Coordinate with Commodity, Production, and Shipping teams on customer expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with Production Schedulers and Managers.
• Coordinate with Receiving on load priorities and product specs.
