Job description

Your Tasks
  • Responsible for the implementation of the global supplier strategies
  • Management of assigned commodities and suppliers within specific regions
  • Continuous cost optimization for the assigned commodities
  • Implementation of cost targets for goods and services
  • Bundling, analyzing, and managing demands within assigned commodities
  • Market and product research for assigned commodities/projects to identify new production processes and technologies
  • Identification of alternative suppliers
  • Bid evaluations considering the assumptions specified in the quote
  • Preparation and conduction of negotiations with suppliers
  • Preparation and presentation of supplier choices for decision meetings
  • Conduction of supplier assessments according to Brose Group technology audit guidelines
  • Contract management and master data management
  • Responsible for meeting established department KPIs
  • Provision of relevant data for strategic decisions (category portfolio management, supplier portfolio management)
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Negotiation, Presentation/Public Speaking, Basic Legal and Accounting Knowledge
