The TALENT Software Services GFICCO team seeks a Trade Control Analyst to join its Commodities Trade Control Team. This role focuses on trade validation, amendments, and reconciliation across multiple products, with full technical training provided.

The position supports regulatory and management reporting, investigates and resolves trade breaks in partnership with Sales, Trading, and Operations, and contributes to process improvements and risk reduction in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Two to three years of commodities experience preferred.
• Strong desire to learn with intellectual curiosity and initiative.
• High attention to detail with accuracy and quality focus.
• Sound controls mindset with strong risk awareness.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Perform trade validation by reconciling trades and ensuring accurate system booking.
• Process trade amendments to correct booking errors and maintain accurate trade records.
• Investigate, elevate, and resolve trade breaks with Sales, Trading, and Operations teams.
• Support regulatory and management reporting activities as required.
• Contribute to process improvement, risk reduction, and control enhancement initiatives.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and support broader team priorities as needed.
