Responsibilities

Support commercial and trading organization through reporting and mid-office functions
Own components of recurring reports and dashboards
Develop and enhance dashboards and data models
Analyze pricing, volumes, P&L, and market exposure to support trading decisions
Gather and document stakeholder requirements
Identify and implement process improvements
Own end-to-end delivery of dashboards, models, and reporting processes
Develop data pipelines and reporting infrastructure
Prepare analytical presentations for internal stakeholders
Improve reporting workflows and automate processes
Translate stakeholder needs into scalable analytical solutions
Mentor junior analysts and review their work
Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations for management
Maintain and troubleshoot BI dashboards and data pipelines (Power BI, Spotfire)
Triage data quality issues with IT Data Engineering
Build forecast models (e.g., NGL)
Support data initiatives including migrations and hierarchy builds
Ensure data accuracy and clear presentation visuals

Support EQT's commercial and trading organization through operational, reporting, and mid-office functions
Own components of recurring reports and dashboards with minimal oversight
Develop and enhance dashboards and data models
Analyze pricing, volumes, P&L, and market exposure to support trading decisions
Support trading activities and operational reporting needs
Gather and document stakeholder requirements
Identify and implement incremental process improvements
Own end-to-end delivery of dashboards, models, and reporting processes
Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting infrastructure
Assist with preparation and delivery of analytical presentations
Improve and automate reporting workflows
Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable analytical solutions
Mentor junior analysts and review their work
Prepare reports, analytical summaries, and PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders and management
Maintain and troubleshoot BI dashboards and data pipelines, including Power BI, Spotfire, and forward curve/market data feeds

Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including formulas, data organization, and formatting
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Organization and time management skills; ability to multitask under competing priorities
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
Foundational understanding of commodities markets and the end-to-end trade lifecycle
Basic understanding of P&L and pricing concepts
