Job summary

Shared Success Center in Roswell, GA is seeking an experienced Commission Administrator to process real estate commissions, resolve inquiries from agents and sales offices, and implement controls to safeguard company funds. The role involves posting payments, supervising accounts receivable and payable, and providing backup to Accounting Technicians.

You will generate reports on agent production and closings, work with management to manage debt write-offs and garnishments, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent training and work experience.
• Three plus years of professional office experience.
• Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve commission problems and inquiries from sales managers and agents daily.
• Post marketing/invoicing payments to agent accounts; supervise accounts receivable/payable.
• Assist with general ledger entries and bank reconciliations; review payments and deposits.
• Prepare and distribute reports for agent production, awards, pendings, closings, and money ball.
• Instruct staff and agents on internal reporting; resolve bad debt write-offs and garnishments where appropriate.
• Assist commission processors and review internal controls to safeguard funds.
