A specialized healthcare service provider is seeking a Commissions Analyst to manage compensation payments and administer compensation plans within its Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills. Commercial Strategy & Operations (“CSO”) (i.e., Lantern’s Revenue Operations team) supports the President and broader go-to-market function, including S ales, Client Success, Marketing, Channel Partners (health plans, ecosystem partners, and benefits consultants /brokers), and Provider Network Development. CSO is responsible for Commercial strategy, planning, insights, systems/tools, process, and data. This role reports to the Director, CSO Analytics & Insights and will support compensation administration and commercial analytics for all commercial departments.
