The Commissions Analyst is responsible for administering internal and external sales commission programs and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant commission payments. This role supports commission calculations, reporting, data maintenance, payout validation, issue resolution, and related financial processes. The analyst partners with Sales, Finance, Payroll, and Accounts Payable to provide high-quality support for the organization’s incentive compensation programs while maintaining compliance with internal controls and company policies.
The Commissions Analyst is responsible for administering internal (employee) and external (distributor) sales commission programs. This role supports accurate and timely calculation, processing, reporting, and analysis of sales incentive compensation. The analyst works closely with Sales, Finance, Payroll, and Accounts Payable to ensure commission payments are processed accurately and assists with commission inquiries, reporting, and program administration.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
