Wasabi Technologies, a fast-growing cloud storage leader, seeks a Commissions Analyst to design and manage commission plans and ensure timely, accurate monthly commissions for a global workforce.

Wasabi's Commissions Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing commission plans and ensuring that all monthly earned commissions are calculated accurately and on time. This role is an integral part of the Sales Operations team, assisting with quota planning and reviewing rep performance. The Commissions Analyst will also be responsible for managing CaptivateIQ.
The ideal candidate has a history of calculating commissions for a large number of employees, experience developing commission plan templates, and experience implementing or using a commissions software tool. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the SaaS commission model and bring fresh thinking to how we structure and evolve our plans.
