Job summary

FST Technical Services is seeking a Project Manager – Data Center Operations to oversee mission-critical commissioning in hyperscale environments. This role leads cross-functional teams from pre-construction to final validation with strong ownership and strategic direction.

Based in Atlanta, GA or San Jose, CA with travel and relocation offered; not Dallas-based. You will drive profitability, partner with field teams, and lead staffing to scale project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commissioning, engineering, or mission-critical construction.
• Proven experience delivering data center projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and teams.
• Full L1–L5 commissioning lifecycle experience preferred.
• Hyperscale data center exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and system interconnectivity.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong client relationship management and leadership skills.
