As a Commissioning Project Manager, you will provide leadership for commissioning, quality assurance, and performance testing of critical facilities, including data centers, healthcare facilities, and other high reliability environments. This role requires overseeing all commissioning activities, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that systems are fully functional and compliant with project specifications, standards, and client expectations.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of commissioning project delivery, from planning and design review through functional performance testing and project turnover. You will oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary project teams. Your leadership will help drive project success, maintain quality standards, and strengthen EEI's reputation for technical excellence and exceptional client service.

Up to 50% (travel to project sites throughout the region will be required)
Hybrid environment of office and in field for site visits. Site visits may include exposure to construction environments, uneven grounds, varying weather conditions, and field interactions.
Must be able to perform site inspections, which may include walking project sites, climbing ladders, occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces when needed. Reasonable accommodation may be provided.
Reports to: Operational Leader
Supervisory duties: Technical leadership, mentoring, and project direction to Assistant Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, and other project team members.
Partners with: Works closely with EEI Associates, Directors, Project Managers, Technical Leads, Commissioning Engineers, and Operations staff. Collaborates regularly with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and facility personnel.
Key Representative to: EEI clients, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders.
