Praetorian Power Protection LLC in Sullivan is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead the development of a comprehensive commissioning plan, create an integrated schedule, and manage inspection, startup, testing and closeout phases for mission-critical projects.

• Develop and manage a comprehensive commissioning plan and integrated schedule covering inspection, startup, testing, and closeout phases
• Lead commissioning field activities and direct internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring safety compliance with NFPA 70E and LOTO requirements
• Implement and oversee commissioning management software — BIM360, ACC Build, and CxAlloy — to track documentation and execution
• Coordinate with the client and client's commissioning agent to define project-specific requirements, test scripts, and turnover documentation
• Manage technical reviews, including MEP systems, QA/QC coordination, load bank planning, equipment startup, and factory witness testing
• Act as subject matter expert in design reviews, scope matrix development, budgeting, and script feasibility for high-performance building systems

What You'll Do
