A well-respected engineering firm in New York is seeking a qualified Commissioning Authority Agent/Engineer for a critical infrastructure project at a Brooklyn Wastewater Treatment Facility. The successful candidate will lead the commissioning process, ensuring compliance with design and project specifications. Responsibilities include team organization, documentation, overseeing system testing, and compiling final reports. Candidates with experience in utility systems and technical reporting are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commissioning or project management, preferably in utility or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ISI Envision certification requirements and NYC DEP standards.
• Experience with substation design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead the commissioning team for the Substation replacement project.
• Develop and maintain the Construction Commissioning Plans.
• Witness and document performance tests for compliance.
