Qualifications
- 2+ years with industrial automation equipment.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics.
- Mechanical troubleshooting experience.
- PLC familiarity preferred.
Responsibilities
- Commission newly built automated machinery in-house.
- Perform startup and machine validation.
- Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, servo, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Verify equipment performance meets customer specifications.
- Support machine testing prior to shipment.
- Assist engineering with design improvements.
- Diagnose controls and automation issues.
- Support production during machine build.
- Complete commissioning documentation.
- Assist with occasional local customer support when necessary.
