Job Description:
We are seeking a Commissioning Engineer to join our sustainability consulting team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in document handling, have a basic knowledge of the commissioning process, and intermediate experience with building mechanical systems.

• Manage commissioning documentation
• Review design criteria, specifications, drawings, and equipment submittals
• Develop and administer commissioning plans
• Track project progress
• Assist in developing and implementing tests for building MEP systems such as HVAC, pumps, chillers, boilers, fire alarm systems, electrical systems, UPS, generators, and emergency lighting
• Maintain commissioning logs, checklists, and test reports
• Conduct site walkthroughs and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Coordinate commissioning meetings and assemble system manuals
• Interface with clients, contractors, vendors, and owners' agents
• Support LEED project tasks and documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience or equivalent education and experience; HVAC sales experience may be relevant
• LEED AP certification and LEED commissioning experience are a plus
• Experience with BMS/BAS systems is a plus
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
