  • Organize and lead daily commissioning meetings (start‑of‑work and end‑of‑work), acting as meeting owner and decision‑maker when commissioning activities overlap or conflict
  • Escalate non‑attendance, resourcing gaps, or capability issues to line management in a timely manner
  • Monitor, justify, and approve commissioning resource labor hours within defined authority limits

  • Provide regular progress reporting on commissioning scope, milestones, risks, and issues
  • Ensure full compliance with all company and customer EHS rules, policies, and standards at all times
  • Liaise closely with the Site Manager, customer representatives, and all commissioning parties to ensure smooth execution and alignment
  • Own and manage all site commissioning documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, quality, and timely submission
  • Lead and manage the company warranty process during the commissioning phase, including evidence gathering, reporting, and case submission
  • Support handover readiness by ensuring all commissioning documentation, punch lists, and closeout requirements are completed
  • Identify opportunities for improving commissioning processes and implement best practices
