Commissioning Completions Engineer

Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Completions Engineer to coordinate completion activities and collate documentation for project turnover. You will use Smart Completions and related tools to drive turnover, manage data, and push through quality checks in collaboration with the Completions Lead.

The role requires proven experience with completion software, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Hexagon Smart Completion on major projects, within renewables or oil & gas sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience with major completion software and databases.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite for documentation.
• Background in renewables, oil & gas, or engineering.
• Familiarity with Smart Completions, PIMS CMS, GoTechnologies, WinPCS or equivalent.
• Ability to perform administration duties efficiently.
• Experience using Hexagon Smart Completion on large projects.

Job description

The Completions Engineer is responsible for the coordination of the completion activities and collating all supporting documentation to allow the project to move through its various stages a in safe logical planned manner on the project as required by the Completions Lead.

Responsibilities

• Use completions software (Smart Completions) to facilitate turnover, reporting
• Manage tag data changes and verification
• Pro-actively chase the remaining quality checks and documentation required
• Process and review documentation received from the field
• Work with and stimulate various groups to expedite the remaining works
• Follow the lead of the Completions Manager and cover during absence
• Oversee the building of Turnover Dossiers with help from other team members

Skills

• Proven experience of managing and operating proprietary Completion Software System(s).
• Computer literate (MS Office components).
• Previous use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Background within the renewables, Oil & Gas, Engineering industry.
• Previous experience using a completions management database (Smart Completions, PIMS CMS, GoTechnologies, WinPCS or equivalent systems).
• Ability to demonstrate previous experience of administration duties.
• Experience with the Hexagon Smart Completion system on major scale projects.
