This role is accountable for driving technical excellence, operational performance, and client satisfaction across the full project lifecycle—from early planning and design review through implementation, performance verification, and ongoing optimization.

Projects are typically delivered across complex, multi-building and multi-campus portfolios within higher education and healthcare environments. Commissioning scopes frequently support complex mechanical and controls upgrades, while RCx efforts involve substantial mechanical infrastructure and advanced, integrated control strategies requiring a high level of technical and operational coordination.

The Team Manager is responsible for overall project execution, ensuring delivery aligns with budget, schedule, and quality objectives while maintaining a strong, solutions-driven approach to achieving performance outcomes. This role collaborates closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, construction management, and trade partners to successfully deliver both retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning efforts.

  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure that project requirements for assigned scopes have been accurately documented and communicated
  • Collaborate with energy management team to quantify the impact of and prioritize the response to existing conditions, deficiencies, and issues identified while executing assigned scopes. Ensure that action plans are prioritized accordingly and clearly communicated to all members of the project team
