Responsibilities

• Participate in project design, planning, installation, startup, commissioning, and turnover.
• Create detailed commissioning plans, checklists, and schedules for HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, submittals, code, and other industry standards.
• Liaison with personnel performing installation, startup, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with design engineers and project managers to integrate commissioning activities.
• Prepare comprehensive commissioning documentation and reports.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues with HVAC and mechanical systems during commissioning.
• Assist in providing training to building operators and maintenance staff.
