Qualifications

Responsibilities
Participate in project design, planning, installation, startup, commissioning, and turnover.
Create detailed commissioning plans, checklists, and schedules for HVAC and mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, submittals, code, and other industry standards.
Liaison with personnel performing installation, startup, and commissioning.
Collaborate with design engineers and project managers to integrate commissioning activities.
Prepare comprehensive commissioning documentation and reports.
Identify, investigate, and resolve issues with HVAC and mechanical systems during commissioning.
Assist in providing training to building operators and maintenance staff.
