  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, project teams, and third‑party commissioning partners to support test readiness, execution, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Track commissioning deficiencies, open items, and retesting requirements through resolution and closeout, communicating status and risks to project stakeholders.
  • Support construction, project management, and operations teams in resolving issues that may affect startup, testing, turnover, or operational readiness.
  • Review operating modes, sequence of operations, operations and maintenance documentation, and training needs to support turnover and operational readiness.
  • Demonstrate accountability for individual performance and contribution to team and business objectives.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and team effectiveness.
  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high standard of quality, consistency, and professionalism.
