Description

Commissioning Agents review information pertaining to completed installations of a BAS system or other projects and verify that what has been installed and configured matches what was sold to the customer and meets quality standards. You will also work with other teams and departments to improve and template the commissioning process documentation for quicker and more accurate deployment. Commissioning Agents collect data about product errors and investigate solutions by troubleshooting manufacturing or design issues.

A Commissioning Agent will:

• Review design plans, process documents, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of products and projects
• Contribute to improving commissioning processes and building on best practices
• Generate project-specific installation checklists and functional performance tests
• Review installation deliverables, dashboards, and user interfaces to ensure compliance with project needs and quality standards
• Verify completion of written scope of work
• Communicate Remote Commissioning status with teams and departments
• Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence
• Perform other duties as assigned
