Job summary

Amtel Wireless I Metro by T-Mobile Lumberton is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote Metro by T-Mobile products in-store. You will engage customers daily, explain plan options, and drive sales at the point of purchase.

The role offers a base pay plus commissions with an average around $15 per hour, with opportunities for growth in a fast-growing retailer network. Open availability, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile products in the store.
• Engage customers daily and promote available plans and devices.
• Support an energetic, customer-focused sales environment.
