The Tile Shop in Florence, KY seeks a customer-focused sales associate to greet clients, build lasting relationships, and drive tile product sales. You will educate customers on installation and usage, track orders, and maintain professional appearance while contributing to a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers a draw plus commission structure with earnings potential in the 45K–75K range in the first year, reflecting performance and store goals.

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw pluscommission payment structure**
