Commission Sales Associate supporting Women's Ready-to-Wear at the North Michigan store. Drives sales through clienteling, personalized styling, and product expertise while working on a commission structure. Builds lasting customer relationships and represents the brand through exceptional in-store service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and grow a personal client book.
• Achieve individual commission goals and collaborate with the sales team to drive store performance.
• Maintain merchandising standards, floor presentation, and stock levels for the department.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
