Job Description: Sales Representative to Attract Clients for Call Center Services

We are a leading provider of call center services, offering tailored solutions such as customer support, technical support, telemarketing, and outbound sales campaigns. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team remotely. Your primary goal will be to identify and onboard new clients who require our call center services, helping us expand our client base globally, with a focus on industries such as e-commerce, telecommunications, and technology.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, or other effective channels.
  2. Client Acquisition: Pitch our call center services to prospective clients, showcasing the value we bring to their operations.
  3. Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure long-term partnerships.
  4. Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  5. Reporting: Provide weekly updates on lead generation progress, pipeline status, and closed deals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the call center, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with decision-makers effectively.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM for managing leads and tracking sales progress.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a strong advantage, especially for targeting Middle Eastern markets.
  • Knowledge of the call center industry and its services (e.g., inbound/outbound support, multilingual support) is preferred.
Compensation:

• Commission-Based: Earn a competitive commission per contract, depending on deal size for each client you successfully onboard, which will be very lucrative.

• Payments will be processed securely through Freelancer’s Payment system.

Project Details:
  • Duration: Long-term collaboration (6+ months, with potential for permanent partnership).
  • Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.
