Support a Luxury Coaching Brand for Women CEOs

Are you a confident, connection-driven sales professional who thrives on results and meaningful conversations?

We’re looking for a high-performing, commission-only Lead Generator and Closer to help scale our coaching programs, designed for high-level women CEOs.

This is a remote, flexible opportunity to be the bridge between powerful prospects and transformational coaching. You’ll use strategic messaging, warm outreach, and authentic conversations to connect qualified leads to offers that genuinely change lives.

About Us

We’re Messes to Masterpiece, a feminine, high-touch coaching brand helping 6–7 figure women CEOs simplify their business structure, align their team, and grow with clarity. Our work blends KPI mastery, soulful systems, and elegant leadership, without hustle culture energy.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with ideal prospects (Instagram, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct 15–20 min discovery calls to qualify leads
• Guide prospects toward aligned coaching offers (not hard closing—consultative and supportive)
• Share brand assets (video, freebie, call links) to nurture leads
• Track leads, responses, and conversion status in CRM
• Collaborate closely with the founder and operations team

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years in service-based or coaching sales
• You’re confident, emotionally intelligent, and aligned with a feminine leadership brand.
• You understand how to sell transformation, not just transactions
• You’re organized, self-motivated, and coachable
• You love connecting with women leaders and offering real solutions

Compensation

• Commission-only to start:
• 10–15% commission on closed sales (ranging from $750–$9,000 offers)
• Top closers earn $2K–$6K+ per month, depending on performance
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Notion, or Airtable)
• Experience selling high-ticket coaching programs
• A natural ability to mirror brand voice in DMs or email outreach
• Availability to follow up with warm leads within 24 hours
