DRYmedic of Greenville is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand our footprint in Upstate SC. This commission-only role suits someone motivated by results, with flexible hours and unlimited earning potential.

The position emphasizes building relationships with referral partners, attending events, and driving new leads through proactive outreach and CRM tracking.

Qualifications

• Must be a natural networker with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable introducing yourself to new contacts and following up.
• Familiarity with restoration, insurance, or real estate industries is a plus.
• Self-starter who thrives on commission and flexible work hours.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, realtors, plumbers, property managers, and other referral partners.
• Attend networking events, BNI groups, trade shows, and community meetings.
• Distribute marketing materials and check in with partners regularly.
• Identify new lead opportunities and pass them to our operations team.
• Track interactions and lead sources using our CRM.
• Represent the DRYmedic brand with professionalism and energy.
