AT&T Mobility Services in Brick, New Jersey is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose products and services using a consultative approach. You’ll guide device and plan options, build relationships and work toward meeting sales targets with uncapped commissions.

This role requires weekend availability with a 9am-9pm schedule and a typical 40-hour workweek. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and we provide training and coaching to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options and helping them choose the best solution.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly; participate in events as needed.
