You will collaborate with the team, participate in product launches, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience that reflects our signature style and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Exceptional clientele, customer relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed individual sales budget by maximizing all selling opportunities.
• Create a warm, hospitable client experience and prioritize the customer in all interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and align with key business initiatives and product launches.
• Stay current on industry trends to identify opportunities to maximize sales.
• Collect meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future opportunities.
• Utilize marketing tools to engage current and new business and drive sales.
• Embrace and utilize technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with inventory control and maintain low shrink levels.
• Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping per guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product categories.
• Adhere to retail operating and security procedures.
• Collaborate with support team on the repair process and follow up with customers.
• Support colleagues to achieve store goals and be flexible in role assignments.
