Job summary

MaxMara in Aurora, IL is seeking an experienced Client Experience & Customer Service associate to deliver personalized luxury service in line with Bloomingdale’s standards and MaxMara’s premium positioning.

You will act as a trusted style advisor, support stylists, grow client books, meet sales and KPI targets, and maintain a polished, brand-aligned presence while partnering with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience reflecting Bloomingdale’s service standards and MaxMara’s luxury positioning.
• Act as a trusted style and brand advisor, supporting stylists and stepping in for store management when needed.
• Build client confidence through engaging, relationship-driven selling experiences.
• Proactively acquire new clients while nurturing an existing client book and meeting conversion and loyalty goals.
• Resolve client concerns swiftly and professionally, prioritizing satisfaction and brand integrity.
• Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain a polished, positive, and professional presence while supporting company initiatives.
• Communicate store-related issues to the Store Manager when unable to resolve independently.
