Qualifications

• Proven retail sales or styling experience, preferably in fashion or department store environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing and assisting customers for extended periods.
• Experience working on commission or meeting sales targets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers to drive sales and commissions.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach, follow-up, and exceptional service.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and commission targets.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Assist with sales transactions, returns, and basic inventory tasks.
