Your Role:

You’ll serve as a trusted wellness consultant, introducing businesses, schools, city agencies, and nonprofit organizations to our premium Corporate Membership Packages and Neuropathy Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential corporate clients, including HR managers, executives, benefits coordinators, and community leaders

Present and sell Gold+ Memberships and the Neuropathy Program through in-person meetings, phone calls, email campaigns, and events

Attend expos, networking functions, and health-focused community events to generate warm leads

Collaborate with regional directors and internal leadership to align outreach with company growth goals

Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and sales activity using company-provided CRM tools

Stay informed on all service offerings including photobiomodulation, PEMF therapy, oxygen therapy, Class IV laser, and more

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred

Proven B2B sales track record, especially in health, wellness, or benefits

Highly professional, persuasive communicator with a consultative sales style

Strong network of decision-makers in business, healthcare, or government

Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently

Familiarity with the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area is a major plus

Commission-Based Compensation Only – No base salary

Uncapped Commission Potential – Paid on closed contracts and eligible renewals

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy)

Oxygen Therapy

Class IV Laser Therapy

Additional Information:

Territories may be assigned based on geography and lead potential

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours

Reports directly to the Regional Director and CEO
