Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide customized massage services that complement fitness programs and enhance guests' well-being. You will build relationships with members, educate on LifeSpa products, and tailor sessions to individual needs to encourage recurring visits.

The position offers a commission-based pay structure (35–70%) with a weekly minimum wage, plus full-time benefits including medical coverage, 401(k) and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Massage Therapy License required.
• Ability to perform all massage therapy services.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide individualized massage therapy sessions meeting client needs.
• Develop and maintain personalized client relationships.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and services.
• Maintain LifeSpa appearance and cleanliness.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Promote and upsell massage services to encourage repeat visits.
• Adhere to safety and licensing requirements.
