Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of proven sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty License required or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Insurance background preferred but not required for high performers.
• Experience using CRM/AMS platforms and MS Office 365.
• English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business development, prospecting, and closing new opportunities.
• Consult with clients to tailor insurance solutions.
• Maintain a CRM pipeline with daily activity updates and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Account Managers for onboarding and retention.
• Participate in weekly Sandler labs and coaching sessions.
