JOB DUTIES

• Install plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, tubs, water heaters, etc.)
• Perform rough-ins and final installations for residential or light commercial systems
• Ensure all work is code-compliant and meets company standards
• Communicate with clients and team members professionally and courteously
• Manage your schedule and work independently to complete jobs on time
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
• Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.
• Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work evenings and weekends on call
• Valid Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman or Journeyman)
• At least 3 years of experience in plumbing services with a proven track record of excellence
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience with ServiceTitan software (preferred)
