About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Representative to join our team, first supporting the Mesa, AZ location, then covering the Tucson, AZ market beginning in 2025. This position offers a recurring commission-based salary with unlimited earning potential. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working with fleet customers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential fleet customers for sales opportunities (no pressure selling)
  • Create and present fleet proposals to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing fleet customers
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals
  • Close fleet customer deals
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Exhibit an open, outgoing, and fun personality
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in fleet sales or B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
