Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a professional retail associate who thrives in a fashion-forward environment. You will help customers look and feel their best by delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and achieving personal sales goals.

You will guide customers through product knowledge, styling advice, and brand differentiation, while maintaining stock, merchandise presentation, and store readiness. A flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and participate in bi-annual inventory count.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment, and pitch in to help the department stay productive.
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow Up - Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business by using the 2-2-2 Method (follow up 2 days, 2 weeks, and 2 months after a purchase), Nordy Club enrollment, and Personal Book (your tool for tracking customers so outreach feels personal)
