Responsibilities :

Contact clients via phone, email, or messaging to recover unpaid invoices

Maintain accurate records of communication and payment status

Negotiate payment plans when needed

Follow up consistently and professionally

Report updates and successful recoveries to the team

Requirements :

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Previous experience in collections or customer service is a plus

Self-motivated with excellent follow-up habits

Professional, respectful, and persistent approach

Basic tech skills (CRM / email / Google Docs)

Compensation :
