Commission-Based Airline Cargo Sales Agent (Work from Home) - Boston Region

As a Commission-Based Airline Cargo Sales Agent, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the autonomy to manage your schedule. We are looking for independent, sales-minded go-getters who are willing to take a chance on themselves and their skills. If you have a passion for sales, the airline industry, and cargo logistics, and you’re eager to grow with a winning organization, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Boston area.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Promote and sell cargo space on planes to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Utilize your communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and close deals.
  5. Travel within the JFK & EWR area as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements
  1. A strong desire to work independently and be your own boss.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. A sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  4. Willingness to travel within the Boston area.
  5. Airline industry knowledge, cargo logistics experience, and previous sales experience are a plus.
  6. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
