Job summary

AppsFlyer is seeking a Commission Analyst to join a data-driven Commissions team. You will bridge business planning with payout models, translating rules into technical specs while ensuring data accuracy, timely calculations, and correct payouts.

You will partner with analysts on calculations, sync data, generate reports, and create dashboards to track payout trends and exceptions. A focus on AI-enabled economic modeling and process improvements is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commission processing, finance ops, or revenue ops.
• Exposure to sales compensation or incentive plan administration.
• Ability to translate business rules into technical specifications.
• Strong data accuracy and deadline-driven focus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the connective layer between Sales Comp plan and the payout model team.
• Translate comp plan rules into clear, implementable logic and vice versa.
• Collaborate with analysts on commission calculations and payouts.
• Sync source data, generate reports, and manage changes.
• QA calculations and verify payroll files before sign-off.
• Prepare data ahead of cycle close and partner with RevOps on completeness.
• Build dashboards and reports tracking payout trends and exceptions.
• Develop AI-augmented economic models and drive process improvements.
