Qualifications

• 2 years accounting experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Accurate keyboard skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for processing.
• Enter data from source documents into computer database.
• Scan documents into database.
• Verify data accuracy against source documents.
• Access carrier websites for required information.
• Enter commission data from carrier statements and balance statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
