Job summary

SuViche Hospitality Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Warehouse Production Employee to support receiving, processing, packing, labeling, and organizing seafood products while upholding food safety and sanitation standards in a cold, fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, work flexible shifts including weekends, and excel at teamwork. Prior warehouse or production experience is preferred; knife handling and pallet jack skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and move seafood products throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Assist with production, packing, labeling, and packaging of seafood products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
  • Follow all food safety, quality control, and safety procedures.
  • Inspect products for quality and proper handling throughout the process.
  • Load, unload, and organize merchandise in storage areas.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (if qualified).

Warehouse Production – Seafood Processing
Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Production Employee to join our seafood processing team. In this role, you will assist with receiving, processing, packing, organizing, and preparing seafood products while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate is reliable and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, cold environment for up to 8‑10 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, organize, and move seafood products throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Assist with production, packing, labeling, and packaging of seafood products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
  • Follow all food safety, quality control, and company safety procedures.
  • Inspect products for quality and ensure proper handling throughout the production process.
  • Load, unload, and organize merchandise in storage areas.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (if qualified).
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in refrigerated and cold environments for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, move, and organize merchandise safely.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including different shifts, weekends, and overtime when needed.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions, company policies, and safety procedures.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience operating a pallet jack.
  • Previous experience with production, packing, or packaging operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using knives for cutting, trimming, and cleaning fish.
  • Previous experience in fish processing, seafood production, or food processing.
  • Knowledge of proper knife handling techniques.
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in refrigerated production and warehouse environments.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Cold and refrigerated warehouse and production facility.
  • Fast‑paced production environment with exposure to seafood products and processing equipment.
  • Requires adherence to strict food safety and sanitation standards.
