Responsible for proper handling and merchandising of all deli/food service products according to company policy. Display and express a complete knowledge of all deli food service products to the customer. Responsible for providing fast, friendly, helpful efficient customer service at all times. Responsible for providing fast, friendly, and helpful service while smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request. Maintains a neat and clean work station at all times. Responsible for the entire deli and food court operation to include financial measures, training, scheduling and inventory control. Assists with preparing and cooking mass levels of food to be provided to finishing cooks according to required food quantities. Requires a thorough knowledge/understanding of recipes and ingredient formulas which supply food court area Maintains a high level of customer courtesy and service at all times. Ensures that all associates adhere to all company and state policies and procedures regarding sanitation. Consistently works within company efficiency standards. Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures. Maintain Cold case logs, Hot food logs and Cooling logs consistent with store policy. Performs other related duties as assigned by management and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Payrange: $16-$19.20
