Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Thai dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes and portion standards.
Support the mise en place process for Thai cuisine, including chopping, marinating, and blending spices.
Follow proper food storage procedures, especially for Thai herbs and perishable ingredients.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen stock and supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation during and after service.
Formal culinary education or diploma from a recognized institution, with specialization in Thai or Asian cuisine preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment specializing in Thai cuisine.
Strong knowledge of premium Thai ingredients, presentation standards, and luxury kitchen operations.
