Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team at a local pub. You’ll prep, create and help bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

You’ll work with a friendly team in a fast-paced environment and have opportunities to grow through our DNA career pathway toward Sous Chef, with benefits and flexible hours designed to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
