Freedom, a national Direct Mail Company based in Aurora, IL is one of the largest, independently owned, privately held, direct mail marketing providers in the United States. Why Freedom? Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas, and we are looking to add a Commingle Supervisor to our 3rd shift team.

Summary

The Commingle Production Supervisor oversees all aspects of the Commingle department with relation to production, personnel, and equipment.

• Perform employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, and coordinate employee development.
• Ensure that all work produced meets quality standards and client specifications.
• Facilitate a consistently high level of production.
• Undertake additional tasks as seen appropriate by management.
• Work overtime when the production schedule dictates.
• Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
• Endure standing for long periods of time.

Qualifications

• The ability to build and lead a team.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
• Highly organized and analytical.
• The ability to multi-task within a manufacturing environment.
• Possess proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous experience with commingle equipment, preferably within a direct mail environment, is highly desired.

• Intermediate computer skills within a Microsoft Windows Environment.
