Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial roofing sector.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding our customer base.

  4. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
  5. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the commercial roofing or construction industry.
  2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
