Green Metals seeks a reliable truck transporter to move materials for automotive manufacturing using tractor trailers. You will operate tractors and roll-off equipment, adhere to all safety regulations, and assist in ongoing process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Transports materials using tractor trailer, ensuring safe operation and adherence to Department of Transportation rules.
• Operates tractor trailers and roll-off trucks, following safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in group meetings, training sessions and continuous improvement programs.
• Participates in job rotation to maintain qualification for both trailer and roll-off tasks.
• Evaluates mechanical conditions, troubleshoots engine/pump gauges, and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes paperwork for each load and reports any incidents to the Transportation Group Lead.

Summary

Transports materials used in automotive manufacturing using tractor trailer rig, including roll off boxes. Provides the highest level of customer service at all times while in compliance with the Department of Transportation and Company Safety regulations.

• Operates Tractors Trailers, operates Rolloff trucks or specialized commercial trucks that require advanced handling while observing all safety rules and procedures.
• Participates in group meetings, training and continuous improvement program.
• Participate in job rotation to ensure qualification and skill for both trailer and roll off efficiency.
• Evaluates complex mechanical conditions, troubleshoots engine/pump gauges, and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes paperwork for each load.
• Reports all accidents and near misses immediately to Transportation Group Lead.
