Property Management Position – Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex

Whitestone REIT is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Management professional to oversee a portfolio of high-performing retail and commercial assets in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily property operations, vendor and stakeholder coordination, budgeting support, and the execution of strategic, value-driven business plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service by proactively addressing tenant needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless property operations
• Assist with the implementation of business plans and coordinate property-level events in partnership with key stakeholders
• Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance activities, and capital improvement projects
• Support the budgeting process, monitor property expenses, and coordinate with accounting on invoicing and CAM reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as leasing, construction, legal, collections, and finance to achieve operational and financial goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial retail property management
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and collaborate across teams effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
