CertaPro Painters of S. Arlington/Mansfield/Ellis County is seeking an outgoing, ambitious Commercial Field Production Associate to manage on-site painting crews and uphold project standards.

You will supervise crews, ensure contracts and safety guidelines are followed, maximize productivity, and assist in estimating projects while providing feedback to the team. The role requires strong English, driving, and customer service flair.

The Northern Westchester & Southern CT offices of CertaPro Painters (www.certapro.com/westchester or www.certapro.com/greenwich) are looking for an outgoing, assertive and ambitious individual with experience in the construction industry AND project management to become our COMMERCIAL FIELD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS POSITION IS TO SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE ON-SITE PAINTING CREWS, ENFORCE THEIR ATTENTIONTO THE DETAILS OF SALES CONTRACTS AS WELL AS CERTAPRO PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES, ENFORCE OSHA AND COMPANY SAFETY GUIDELINES, MAXIMIZE THEIR PRODUCTIVITY, AND ALSO HANDLE CUSTOMER DRIVEN ISSUES AND TURN THEM INTO OPPORTUNITIES.

THE SECONDARY RESPONSBILITY IS AROUND ASSISTING IN ESTIMATING PROJECTS AND PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO THE TEAM

Customer Service Experience Required

PAINTING EXPERIENCE A PLUS

Computer Skills Required

PAINTING & CARPENTRY SKILLS HIGHLY DESIRABLE

You will establish and build relationships with our painting crews

You will interact with our clients and support our high level customer service program.

You will be a Brand Ambassador and must represent our company values.

You will be responsible to train crews to our standards

You will be involved in some aspects of selling too.

This position involves heavy customer interaction

This position demand lots of driving

This position is available immediately

Requirements:

• Full Time commitment 50+ hours a week
• Available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Occasional out of state travel work
• Must Have Own Vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must be familiar with Westchester and Fairfield Counties
• Outgoing / Excellent communication skills
• Motivated self starter
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be highly fluent in English
